We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Creative Content specialist to shape the digital presence of top-tier artists and talent. This role is at the heart of the entertainment industry, requiring a "producer mindset" where you don't just dream up ideas, but also execute them. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts for music releases, brand collaborations, and social media campaigns while managing simple production setups and budgets. The ideal candidate lives and breathes pop culture, understands the nuances of artist branding, and is comfortable being hands-on—from directing a shoot to final mobile editing.

Job Description:
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas for artist profiles, song releases, brand partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
- Content Execution: Lead and execute brand and content shoots, including managing simple production setups and directing scenes.
- Production Management: Handle basic production budgeting and cost estimation to ensure creative visions are achieved efficiently.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all produced content remains consistent with the artist’s unique image, brand tone, and current digital aesthetics.
- Performance Monitoring: Track content performance across platforms and provide actionable insights for future creative improvements.
- Technical Production: Capture high-quality content using mobile devices and perform agile video editing using CapCut or similar tools for quick turnarounds.
Requirements:
- Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of social media ecosystems, specifically TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Storytelling: Strong creative mindset with a proven ability to tell compelling stories through visual content.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines typical of the entertainment industry.
- Passion: A genuine interest in music, artist development, and global pop culture trends.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with a hands-on approach: shooting, directing simple scenes, and mobile video editing.
