Job Functions:

To ensure the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia;
To provide management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies;
To provide preparation and reviewing the draft of agreements
Provide legal advice and analysis to Management
Supporting the business unit in handling legal cases
Legal documentation
Provide legal support, vetting, and drafting of the agreement for the company
Supporting the Government relation dept. of Company in checking and following up licenses/permits of the Company
Drafting corporate documents, such as power of attorney, General Meeting of Shareholders, BOC Approvals, etc
Liaise with internal and external parties in relation to company secretarial matters
Legal research

Job Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Law
Minimum of 10 Years of experience in Legal Function
Have combined experience both in Corporate as well as Law Firm
Solid Experience in the Manufacturing based Industry
Must have an understanding of legal matters and applicable regulations in Indonesia;
Must be able to provide effective legal advices on business issues and companies strategies.
