Commercial Division Head (Jakarta Based) - Healthcare & Medical Services
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Healthcare & Medical Services Company, who are looking for talent for Commercial Division Head. This role will be responsible for expanding hospital revenue, improving market competitiveness, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers, corporate clients, and community partners. This position ensures that commercial strategies, service promotions, referral activities, and customer service operations work cohesively to support the hospital’s financial performance and strengthen its reputation.

Job Description:
- Develop annual strategy, work plan, and budget for Sales, PR & Customer Relations, and Front Office divisions
- Drive achievement of hospital revenue and utilization targets through service sales initiatives and business development
- Build and maintain collaboration networks with insurance providers, corporate partners, and community stakeholders
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing review to strengthen commercial positioning of hospital flagship services
- Boost promotion, referral, and partnership activities to increase patient acquisition and case throughput
- Monitor end-to-end customer service execution at the Front Office to ensure a smooth, informative, and caring patient experience
- Oversee handling of patient feedback and complaints (medical and non-medical) to ensure quick resolution and satisfaction
- Lead service excellence initiatives and staff development to strengthen communication, service skills, and patient-centric culture
- Coordinate performance reporting to support Hospital Director and BOD decision-making
- Mentor and evaluate teams to ensure high performance and continuous development
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in medicine / health science / business / marketing / management (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Min 8 – 10 years of experience in hospital commercial operations / business development / healthcare sales
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing, PR/CR, or front-office teams in a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of hospital insurance processes (private & BPJS) and referral networks
- Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills
- Demonstrated track record of achieving commercial KPIs / sales targets
