Job Description:
- Deliver comprehensive onsite and online product demonstrations for healthcare IT solutions, including future products such as X-ray systems and Dynamic Digital Radiography.
- Provide clinical application support to customers before and after sales to ensure effective utilization of products.
- Maintain a proactive relationship with clients to ensure customer success, loyalty, and positive brand reputation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support processes.
- Gather customer feedback and report to management for continuous product and service improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements in healthcare IT and medical imaging.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within healthcare IT or medical imaging.
- Diploma degree or higher in Radiography or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Application Specialist for PACS or X-ray systems.
- Prior experience working with global healthcare IT principals is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
