Clinical Application Specialist - Healthcare IT & X-ray (South Jakarta Based)
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a prominent company in the Printing and Medical Imaging industry in South Jakarta, who are looking for talent for Clinical Application Specialist. This role is responsible for the end-to-end clinical support of advanced Healthcare IT products, X-ray systems, and Dynamic Digital Radiography (DDR). This role plays a critical part in driving customer success through professional product demonstrations and proactive after-sales support to enhance brand loyalty and reputation. The position requires a certified Radiographer with a strong background in global healthcare IT principles and the ability to act independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Product Demonstration: Conduct high-impact onsite and online product demonstrations for X-ray systems, DDR, and Healthcare IT solutions.
- Clinical Support: Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales clinical application support to ensure customers maximize the utility of the equipment.
- Customer Success: Take a proactive approach in after-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and enhance the company's clinical reputation.
- Problem Solving: Actively and independently identify potential issues or bottlenecks at customer sites and provide effective clinical/technical solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate openly and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve collective regional sales and service goals.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of global leading principles in Healthcare IT, including PACS and digital radiography trends.
Requirements:
- Certified Radiographer (Qualification of Radiographer is mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Application Specialist, specifically focused on PACS and X-ray products.
- Proven experience working with or for a global leading principal in the Healthcare IT sector.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for professional communication and coordination.
- Strong analytical and proactive thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
- Open and collaborative communication style.
- Age range: 20s – 30s.
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta.
