Chief HSE (PALM OIL REFINERY AND PACKAGING) - Medan Based
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Palm Oil Manufacture - Refinary & Fractionation Plant and Packaging Company, who are looking for talent for their Chief HSE. This position will be responsible for Maintain an effective communication and well coordination with all HSE team member as well as all respective department and act as HSE Representative in all factories.
- Industry: Palm Oil Manufacture - Refinary & Fractionation Plant and Packaging
- Placement: Deli Serdang - KIM II Mabar
- Fulltime position, on-site with regular working hours Monday - Saturday
Job Description:
- Control HSE activities as well as Enviroment and Occupational Health under observation of required standards
- Ensuring all HSE support infrastucture in the factories are well maintain according to establish
- Responsible for the overall HSE planning, organizing, direction and operation of HSE activities and HSE people in all factorie
- Ensure all HSE system and procedures are well implemented in all factories
- Provide comprehensive analysis, feedback and report for HSE information to all stakeholders
- Maintain an effective communication and well coordination with all HSE team member as well as all respective department and act as HSE Representative in all factories Ensure timely and proper implementation of HSE action plan and activities in accordance with required regulation standards
- Coordination with management to ensure all the HSE findings are followed up and closes as scheduled.
- Priodically report the progress of HSE program and key issues all factories to all Operational Director
- Ensure HSE committee meeting and HSE cordination are implemented and compliance in all factories.
- Implement HSE objective of KРІ
- Responsibilty for carrying out in handling emergency situation in coordination with emergency respons team member.
- Conduct and organize safety training/workshop Identify HSE best practice of each plant and implementing them in all factories
- Control and monitoring day to day activities and evaluate performance appraisal of subordinates periodically
- Enforce and participate actively in the implementation of management system and other related program.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Chemical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety
- Minimum 10 years experiences in same position or same level (similar industry will be advantage)
- Strong communication, presentation & problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
- Professional and mature attitude
- Proficient in English is a MUST
