Business Development Manager - Market Research Company

Job Descriptions:

  • Proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients with a focus on delivering high- value market research projects.
  • Leverage your existing network and develop new partnerships to bring in consistent project opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Understand qualitative research methodologies and align offerings with client requirements.
  • Develop business plans and case studies to demonstrate the value proposition of our services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the market research or related industry.
  • Proven ability to acquire clients independently and manage project pipelines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and exceed targets.
  • Experience working with small to mid-sized companies (10-20 employees).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methods is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree or overseas education is a plus but not required.
