Accounting & Tax Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) - Jakarta Based

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with E-cigarette Company, who are looking for talent for their Accounting & Tax Supervisor. This position will be responsible for monthly and annual tax reporting (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT, Annual TaxReturns, and Corporate Income Tax) in a timely manner

Job Description:

Lead and supervise the accounting and tax team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK(Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
Responsible for monthly and annual tax reporting (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT, Annual TaxReturns, and Corporate Income Tax) in a timely manner.
Perform tax reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with tax authorities.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax assessments.
Communicate regularly with Chinese stakeholders regarding financial performance, budgeting, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with both local and international financial and tax regulations.
Develop and implement effective accounting and tax policies and procedures.
Represent the company during meetings or summons from the Tax Office (KPP), together with the tax consultant.
Improve daily operational systems and workflows in the Accounting, Tax &Financedivision.
Collaborate with management in preparing tax planning and corporate budgeting.
Prepare the company to be audit-ready by Public Accounting Firms (KAP) or for taxaudits by the Tax Office (KPP).
Perform other duties related to the role of Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Requirements:

Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
Female, maximum 30 years old.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
Holds Brevet A and B certifications.
Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
Proficient in Mandarin and/or English, both spoken and written.
Experience in accounting and taxation, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisoryrole.
Capable of preparing profit and loss reports, balance sheets, journals, etc.
Knowledgeable in the calculation and reporting of PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 4(2), and VAT.
Skilled in using e-Faktur, e-SPT, and accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, etc.).
Able to prepare and submit Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan).
Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Able to work under pressure and in a team.
Experience working at a tax consulting firm as a Senior Tax Staff or Tax Supervisor isaplus.
