Senior Purchasing & Procurement Manager - Food & Beverage

Job Description :

  1. Analyze procurement data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
  2. Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies in the procurement field.
  3. Manage the collaboration of internal and external stakeholders to analyze departmental needs and requirements.
  4. Lead the development of mutually beneficial agreements that ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliable fulfillment.
  5. Assess the alignment and effectiveness of purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and invoice processing to streamline operations and minimize errors.
  6. Evaluate supplier performance based on pre-defined metrics, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to agreements.
  7. Monitors current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on the ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management & Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  3. Ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing effectively.
  4. Proficiency in analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and procurement metrics.
  5. Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  7. Experience in leading and managing a team of procurement professionals.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  10. Fluent in English.
  11. Strong skills in identifying problems and developing solutions.
