Senior Purchasing & Procurement Manager - Food & Beverage
Job Description :
- Analyze procurement data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies in the procurement field.
- Manage the collaboration of internal and external stakeholders to analyze departmental needs and requirements.
- Lead the development of mutually beneficial agreements that ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliable fulfillment.
- Assess the alignment and effectiveness of purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and invoice processing to streamline operations and minimize errors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on pre-defined metrics, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to agreements.
- Monitors current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on the ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management & Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and procurement metrics.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of procurement professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong skills in identifying problems and developing solutions.
