Senior Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Responsible for establishing brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Responsible to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs of the division.
- Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities.
- Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities of the brand.
- Responsible for monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.
- Reporting to the Group Business Unit Head.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in Brand Management (FMCG).
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in handling end to end Brand Management.
- Strong analytical and strategical thinking.
