Senior Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Responsible for establishing brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
  • Responsible to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs of the division.
  • Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities.
  • Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities of the brand.
  • Responsible for monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.
  • Reporting to the Group Business Unit Head.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in Brand Management (FMCG).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in handling end to end Brand Management.
  • Strong analytical and strategical thinking.
