Branch Manager - Heavy Equipment
Job Descriptions:
Responsibilities:
Lead Branch Operations:
a. Manage all operational activities of the Lampung branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
b. Ensure that company policies and procedures are well implemented.
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
a. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the set targets.
b. Supervise the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
c. Develop marketing programs to boost sales and increase brand awareness.
Team Management:
a. Lead, direct, and motivate the sales team and other operational staff.
b. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development to enhance the team's capabilities.
Business Development:
a. Identify new market opportunities and build strong business relationships with potential customers.
b. Perform market and competitor analysis to adjust sales strategies effectively.
Customer Service: a. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service.
b. Handle customer complaints quickly and effectively to maintain the company’s reputation.
Financial Management:
a. Oversee the branch’s operational budget and ensure efficient use.
b. Prepare financial and sales reports for central management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Branch Manager or in a managerial position in sales, preferably in the automotive or truck industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Willing to be stationed in Lampung.
