QA Management System Manager (East Java) Chemical Manufacturing and Distribution of Flavors, Fragran

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Chemical Manufacturing and Distribution of Flavors, Fragrances, Essential Company, who are looking for talent for their QC Manager This position will be responsible for  oversee certifications, compliance, and audit processes within the food industry. This role ensures adherence to FSCC, BPOM, Halal, HACCP, and ISO standards, manages essential documentation, coordinates internal and third-party audits, and drives continuous improvement in the Quality Assurance Management System. Additionally, the manager will train internal teams on food safety regulations and certification requirements.

Job Description:

  • Certification Management: Handle and oversee certifications such as FSCC, BPOM, Halal, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant food industry standards. 
  • Food Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and certifications. Work closely with government bodies and certification agencies to maintain and renew certifications. 
  • Documentation: Create and manage MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), COA (Certificates of Analysis), and other essential documentation for products and processes. 
  • Audit Coordination: Prepare for and manage ISO audits and other third-party audits, ensuring that all required processes and documentation are in place. 
  • Internal Process Review: Develop and maintain a robust Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS) for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. 
  • Training: Provide training and guidance on food safety regulations and certification requirements to internal teams. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA management, with specific expertise in food industry certifications and compliance. 
  • Strong knowledge of FSCC, BPOM, Halal, HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations. 
  • Experience in creating and managing MSDS, COA, and regulatory documentation. 
  • Excellent understanding of audit processes and the ability to manage internal and external audits. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to stay current on industry regulations and trends.
