Project Sales Manager - Property
Job Descriptions:
- Manage the Sales Team: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. Provide training and support to help them succeed.
- Develop Sales Plans: Create sales strategies to drive revenue, focusing on market trends and customer needs.
- Coordinate with Construction: Work closely with the construction team to ensure that sales goals are met according to the construction timeline.
- Build Relationships with Clients: Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond to their needs and questions throughout the sales and construction process.
- Monitor Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. Track sales performance and report to management.
- Present and Negotiate: Present projects to potential buyers, highlighting key features and negotiating terms to close sales.
- Market Research: Keep up with market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after the sale to address any concerns or issues, particularly related to construction progress.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years in sales management, with 2 years in real estate or construction. Experience working with both sales and construction teams is essential.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to coordinate with construction teams.
- Knowledge: Understanding of real estate sales and construction timelines.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in Indonesian and English. Mandarin will be advantage.
- Other: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
