Product Manager - Oncology

Responsibilities:

  • To Develop Marketing plan: Forecast Sales & Expenses, Marketing Strategy, Program & Activities.
  • To implement and follow-up of realization of Marketing Plan, forecast sales & Expenses, Marketing Strategy, Program & Activities, Symposium, Round Table Discussion, Product Presentation, Project Program.
  • To develop promotional materials and provide detailing guidance.
  • To develop training materials, provide training, evaluate New Med Reps and provide refreshing training for existing Med. Reps.
  • Monitor perception and attitude of the medical profession on products and evaluate the acceptance of product profile and positioning Marketing activities audit
  • Monitor and analyze market development in order to develop product strategy
  • Develop feasibility study and new product launch plan
  • Investigate important papers and reference for products and provide summary and guidance for field forces.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical/medical field.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in handling the same product.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology products.
  • Excellent communication skills - articulate, concise, and efficient.
  • Experience in launching new products will be a huge plus.
  • Experience in managing teams will be a huge plus.
  • Excellent market knowledge.
  • Strong networks in the pharmaceutical field.
  • Essential capabilities include time management, integrity, and highly adaptable.
