Partner Alliance Manager (South Jakarta Based) - Printing Industry

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a Global Leading Principal in the Printing Industry located in South Jakarta. We are seeking a strategic and proactive Partner Alliance Manager to oversee the distribution network and drive market expansion for Multi-Function Printing (MFP) and Production Printing (PP) solutions. This role requires a high-caliber sales professional with deep roots in the printing industry. You will be responsible for managing distributors, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve ambitious team goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can act independently to solve problems while maintaining open, transparent communication with global stakeholders and local partners.

Job Description:

Portfolio Management: Lead the sales and alliance strategy for MFP (Multi-Function Printing) and PP (Production Printing) product lines.
Channel Management: Manage, evaluate, and support distributors to ensure performance targets and brand standards are met.
Market Expansion: Actively identify and create new market opportunities to increase the company’s market share in Indonesia.
Collaborative Leadership: Maintain open and effective communication with colleagues and customers, fostering a culture of mutual support to reach team objectives.
Strategic Execution: Think and act independently to solve complex business problems and implement strategies that align with the principal's global vision.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience specifically in MFP and PP products as a Sales Manager or Partner Manager.
Industry Background: Proven track record working with a global leading principal within the printing industry.
Age & Gender: Male or Female, aged 30 – 40 years old.Language: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), as you will be dealing with global principal standards.
Competencies: Highly proactive, independent, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term alliances.
Location: Based in South Jakarta.
