We are seeking a highly seasoned Mining Infrastructure & Operations Expert to serve as a Senior Advisor. This critical role is designed to provide the strategic and technical backbone for the company’s expansion into the mining sector as an infrastructure contractor. You will bridge the gap between heavy construction and active mining, translating complex operational requirements into actionable project scopes while ensuring financial feasibility and operational efficiency.

Job Description:
- Strategic Advisory: Provide high-level technical and operational insights to support management in strategic decision-making for new mining projects.
- Mine Planning & Review: Review and evaluate comprehensive mine plans, production schedules, and RKAB to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Cost & Efficiency Analysis: Deliver deep-dive analysis on mining cost structures (cost per ton / BCM) and optimize operational efficiency through heavy equipment productivity and fleet management.
- Infrastructure Integration: Translate mining operational requirements into detailed infrastructure and construction work scopes.
- Business Feasibility: Provide expert input on project feasibility, conducting thorough operational and financial risk analyses.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end mining cycle, ensuring all activities from planning to production meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Civil Engineering (with significant mining experience). A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically within a mining contractor environment.
- Proven Track Record: Direct involvement in mine planning, production cost management, and large-scale mining operations.
- Mastery of mining methods (open pit / quarry) and the full mining lifecycle.
- Expertise in fleet management and heavy equipment productivity.
- Strong ability to assess technical documentation and structure mining contract models (unit rate, cost-plus, full service).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of HSE standards and Indonesian government mining regulations.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong capability in financial risk analysis with a business-oriented approach to sustainable project development.
- Value-Added: Experience in early-stage mine development or managing the transition from construction to mining operations is highly desirable.
