Junior R&D Officer (Wonosobo Based) - Bulk Tea and Related Agricultural Products

Job Description:
- Assist in preparing formulations and blending raw materials on a laboratory scale.
- Prepare raw ingredients and testing tools in accordance with formulation SOPs.
- Conduct initial organoleptic (sensory) evaluations and record the results.
- Record experimental results in a structured and systematic manner.
- Compile test reports, including sensory testing and basic stability observations.
- Draft preliminary nutritional labeling based on formulation and technical guidelines.
- Support pilot-scale production trials at the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with production and QC teams to evaluate batch results.
- Draft initial documents for COA (Certificate of Analysis), SDS (Safety Data Sheet), and product specifications.
- Archive formulation and testing data for use in certification (BPOM, Halal, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and equipment readiness in the laboratory.
- Monitor and record raw material stock and storage conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiar with sensory testing, lab-scale experiments, and technical recordkeeping.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized in documentation, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work in the field and coordinate across departments.
