INVESTOR RELATION MANAGER

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related business field with three or more years of experience in investment banking, research, or consulting. Investor Relations experience is a plus
Minimal 1 years experience at Venture Capital
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral
Good Presentation Skills. Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor. Natural problem solver
Ability to manage priorities between multiple client assignments and to stay well organized, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong interest in and general knowledge of investments, key industry terms and broad financial concepts
Wide channel of potential investor

Job Descriptions :

Get Investment as Needed by Company and Do presentation to investor
Create business / Investment proposal for investor
Support Executive Director and Company executives in building long-term rapport with investors and analysts and keeps shareholders knowledgeable about the company
Create and update investor presentations
Manage Analyst of Investor Relations in tracking and analyzing sellside financial models and competitor financial performance
Collaborate and make recommendations in executing the investor relations program, including strategy, operating plan and budget
