Head of Digital Marketing - Online Cash Management Company
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Company that is operating in Jakarta, Indonesia is currently working on behalf of a Well-established Online Cash Management Company that is focused on SME who is looking for Head of Digital Marketing professional. This position will be reporting directly to the company Director and will be managing subordinates.
The main roles of this position are to handle the overall Digital Marketing function within the organization, as well as developing initiatives on Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Be the key owner for Customer Acquisition and Retention strategy for Indonesia.
- Develop, scale, and continuously optimize Performance Marketing Channels (Facebook, Google, Ad Networks, …) to attract high-quality new app users efficiently.
- Manage our Acquisition budget to get huge install volumes, optimizing for user quality and CPI.
- Develop top class Mobile CRM Channels (push notifications, in-app notifications, SMS) to enhance the experience along the entire customer journey.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to ensure corrective action is taken promptly when off track.
- Work in partnership with Tech and Business Intelligence Teams to develop solid data and A/B testing infrastructure.
- Help build a culture of continuous learning and experimentation. Fail fast when wrong, scale fast when right.
- Identify new technologies and initiatives to continuously up our digital Marketing game.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in paid app install campaigns (esp. Facebook, Instagram, Google), ideally delivering > 1 million downloads.
- Previous experience in managing and optimizing a sizeable Marketing budget.
- Solid knowledge of Mobile CRM (esp. push notifications and in-app messages).
- Familiar with the main tools used for Mobile Marketing and CRM (Eg. Appsflyer, Google analytics, Braze, Clevertap, etc.).
- Strong analytical background, combined with significant project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
- Creative and can come up with killer campaign ideas autonomously.
- Able to “rewire” your brain to think as a real business owner would.
- Competitive, thrive in a high pressure, high ambiguous environment.
