Responsibilities:
- Managing the operations of several Brands under the company's banner.
- Involved in the Brands' policy establishment and implementation.
- Responsible for the Profit and Loss report of each brand.
- Involved in the Brands' strategical establishment and implementation.
- Responsible for the man management of related Divisions.
- Responsible for the marketing and sales operations for the brands related.
- Reporting to the Marketing Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management level in FMCG.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and strategical skills.
- Capabilities of looking with the "helicopter view" (e.g. brand's growth, marketing and sales strategies, etc.).
- Willingnes and experience in handling things straight in the fields.
