Job Descriptions:

Overall responsibility for the Accounting system and preparation of the monthly profit and loss and balance Sheet and other related financial information reports.
Reviewing and approval of monthly general ledger reconciliations Co-coordinating th e budget cycle timetable and responsibilities with managers and executives
Preparation of the consolidated budgets for presentation to management
Co-ordination and review of monthly departmental cost variance reporting
Overseeing the finance team including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Overseeing approvals of payment and disbursements of funds
Preparation and management of cash flow forecast
Management of cash position
Responsibility and overseeing of all compliance filing with respective regulators in relation to Treasury activities Statutory Reporting: Preparation of the annual and half-year financial statements for audit clearance
Preparation of audit files and coordination with auditors to complete annual and half year audits
Report to: BOD and Managing Subordinate: 3 person
