GM Finance - Mining

Job Descriptions:

  • Overall responsibility for the Accounting system and preparation of the monthly profit and loss and balance Sheet and other related financial information reports.
  • Reviewing and approval of monthly general ledger reconciliations Co-coordinating th e budget cycle timetable and responsibilities with managers and executives
  • Preparation of the consolidated budgets for presentation to management
  • Co-ordination and review of monthly departmental cost variance reporting
  • Overseeing the finance team including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Overseeing approvals of payment and disbursements of funds
  • Preparation and management of cash flow forecast
  • Management of cash position
  • Responsibility and overseeing of all compliance filing with respective regulators in relation to Treasury activities Statutory Reporting: Preparation of the annual and half-year financial statements for audit clearance
  • Preparation of audit files and coordination with auditors to complete annual and half year audits
  • Report to: BOD and Managing Subordinate: 3 person

Requirements

  • Experience as a GM Finance minimum of 5 years
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Understand intercompany transaction
  • Good Knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulation
  • Has good relationship in Banking area
  • Preferable from mining or constructions company
  • Fluent in English is a Must
  • Good Leadership and Managerial Skill
