GM Duty Free - Timor Leste
Talent Hunts Indonesia is Currently Working with one of the growing Duty-Free business in Timor Leste, (Yes it's for Timor Leste). This position will be reporting directly to the Board of Director in Singapore and will have ultimate responsibility for the business operation in Timor Leste. This position will offer you a Full P&L responsibility and opportunities to grow even bigger.
Some of the Key Responsibilities
- Managing the entire operations of the store across Timor Leste
- Manage our relationship with across organization & big customers and ensure that brochures and other marketing tasks are completed for both duty-free/paid.
- Execute the Chinese market and Indonesian in Timor to promote our products.
- Generate marketing ideas and execution plans
- will responsible for development and compliance with the internal process including cash management
- Managing our admin staff and working to improve the process
- Weekly and monthly reports to be agreed and improved over time
What we're looking for
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Multinational Retail Chain Company
- Experienced in Managing Multiple Store
- Experience in Duty-Free Company is Most Preferable
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience as a GM or Director in retail or Duty-Free
- Fluent in English is a MUST, Mandarin-speaking will be an advantage
- Experience in Managing P&L
- Willing to Relocate to Dili, Timor Leste
