GM After Sales - Heavy Equipments

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for after-sales service and support, aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance after-sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and service partners to ensure exceptional after-sales support.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Service Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of after-sales service operations, including service centers, spare parts management, and technical support.
- Implement service standards and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction to the after-sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing and customer-focused team.
Revenue Generation:
- Identify opportunities to increase after-sales revenue through service contracts, parts sales, and value-added services.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional programs to drive aftermarket sales growth.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in after-sales service management, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
Industry Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of heavy equipment products, technical specifications, and after-sales service requirements.
- Familiarity with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
