GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Identify, establish and manage multi-tier relationship across customer and Organization to ensure a long term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals
  • Lead the geographic profitability development of designated industry portfolio through positioning  as a strategic business partner, and delivering agreed programs, through a team drawn from across the  network
  • Build and maintain executive relationships within the Global customer accounts
  • Lead and manage customer presentation and proposal
  • Provide customer oriented service at all times relating to specific sales and customer expectation issues
  • Develop and manage after sales strategy for each and designated account customer.
  • Provide customer account revenue and activity reporting, as required by management team
  • Participate in and contribute to the development of strategies and approaches to maintain, protect, improve, and grow account sales & portfolio.
  • Keep current and provide global customers strategy in line with country level business plans, ensuring profitable revenue growth
  • Implement agreed account sales and customer acquisition strategies set by management, ensuring target revenue and profitability levels are in line with agreed business plans
  • Formulate sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying, gaining and maximizing growth within the existing industry portfolio so that the required sales results are achieved
  • Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business
  • Provide tailored and non-standard customer oriented service at all times relating to specific sales and customer expectation issues by cooperating with other related departments
  • Implement global and regional account development approaches and platforms to gain and retain top accounts

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • 7 years in Sales function experiences in the Logistic Industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel intensively
  • Good problem Solver
  • Able to identified new business
