General Manager Sales & Marketing (Automotive Components Manufacturing)
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Automotive Components Manufacturing Company, who are looking for talent for their General Manager Sales & Marketing. This position will be reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for Planning and Directing all sales and marketing programs in alignment with business growth strategies.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for 2W (two-wheelers), 4W (four wheelers), components, other industries, and retail markets.
- Drive sales growth, market share expansion, and revenue optimization from both existing and new customers.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and market positioning to enhance business performance.
- Prepare and oversee the sales and marketing budget (OPEX & CAPEX), ensuring cost control and resource efficiency.
- Lead accurate sales forecasting and performance tracking for all customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use insights to improve services and offerings.
- Develop effective promotional plans based on historical data and future business objectives.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships to drive brand awareness.
- Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team, including Sales & Marketing Managers, Marketing Specialists, and Admin staff.
- Drive learning and growth initiatives to enhance team skills and career development.
- Oversee monthly and periodic reports for sales, market growth, pricing, and profitability.
- Evaluate business development data, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering (with relevant certifications).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Expertise in 4P Marketing Strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Excellent salesmanship and interpersonal communication.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and achievement-driven mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
