Finance Manager - Mandarin Speaking
Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing the company's accounting, financial statements and financial budget preparation and management, reviewing and supervising the annual budget and quarterly budget roll-up, taking appropriate methods to control the budget, analyzing the marketing situation, cooperating with the completion of project planning, investment analysis and other work related to project investment budget, and providing financial advice for the company's major decisions.
- Prepare cash flow plan, responsible for the use and financing of funds to ensure the company's strategic development of financial needs.
- Responsible for tax planning work, paying taxes according to the law, reasonably avoiding taxes, reducing tax risks, and seeking preferential policies for the company's tax benefits.
- Responsible for the establishment and implementation of internal control risk prevention measures in financial management behavior, monitoring the financial status of the company's business through the management of financial risks, supervising the effective implementation of the process, and ensuring that financial work is in compliance with all regulations.
- Complete other matters assigned by the CEO and Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, accounting or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- 3 years or more of financial work experience, with large manufacturing, and international trade business experience in the same position is preferred.
- Mandarin speaking is a MUST
- HSK Level 3 qualification is preferred
- Have good professional conduct and a high degree of professionalism and sense of responsibility, strong principles, strong research and analysis ability and anti-stress ability.
