Digital Business Representative - DIgital Marketing Agency

Job Description:

The Digital Business Representative is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the agency’s digital marketing services. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and recommending tailored digital marketing solutions to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive new sales opportunities from initial contact through to deal closure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients across industries that could benefit from the agency’s digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, web development, etc.).
  • Develop outbound strategies to reach prospective clients through email outreach, cold calling, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Initiate conversations with prospective clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to gather detailed information on client pain points and how the agency’s services can address them.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with the client’s objectives.
  • Present the agency’s digital marketing solutions in a compelling way, addressing the client’s specific requirements and demonstrating the value and ROI of the services offered.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and offering strategic marketing recommendations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress in CRM tools, ensuring all leads are followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Report on key metrics including lead conversion, sales targets, and client feedback.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to refine lead generation strategies and adjust approaches to improve sales performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and digital marketing) to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing or technology-focused environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
