Country Employee Services Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall general affairs of the factories and ensure that activities are executed properly a-s planned . 
  • Coordinate with internal department for activities (maintenance service, car service, or any related).
  • Manage the overall general affairs of the factories and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned.
  • Coordinate with Security, safety, environment and health concern.
  • Administration of office supplies and common areas, such as Shuttle bus Control, car-park, canteen, lighting system, waste disposal etc.
  • Infrastructure, building, utilities in terms of maintenance and/or construction.
  • Analyse figures and management strategies.
  • Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
  • Plan work schedules for individuals and teams · Ensure events and conferences run smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
  • Require to total commitment, as the work is exacting and demanding, with erratic, unsocial hours and constant pressures.
  • Follow company program.
  • Compulsory to comply and implement all OSH regulations and culture (including the use of PPE), energy, quality and environment. 
  • Providing information about occupational accidents, reports on issues and provide advice related to OHS program, energy, quality and environment (solid waste, water, and chemicals). 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree or Bachelor's in Hotel and hospitality management.
  • Hotel and hospitality management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • A careful and methodical approach with good attention to detail.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Adaptability, Quick learning & willing to comply with work instructions.
  • Comply with safety standards is the first working prioritv. 
  • Preferably minimum 8 years related work experience.
