Job Description:
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes.
Investor Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
- Coordinate with senior management to communicate the company's financial strategy, performance, and future outlook to investors and analysts.
Financial Modeling:
- Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze various financial scenarios and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Utilize financial modeling to assess the impact of potential business initiatives and investment opportunities.
Securitas Analysis:
- Leverage insights gained from previous experience as an analyst in Securitas to enhance the understanding of the security services industry and apply relevant knowledge to the current role.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Strategic Planning:
- Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic financial plans.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management based on industry trends and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate finance and investor relations, with a proven track record as an analyst in Securitas or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations, financial reporting standards, and investor relations best practices.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies.
