Corporate Finance & Investor Relations - Automotive Manufacturing

Job Description:

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes.

Investor Relations:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Coordinate with senior management to communicate the company's financial strategy, performance, and future outlook to investors and analysts.

Financial Modeling:

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze various financial scenarios and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Utilize financial modeling to assess the impact of potential business initiatives and investment opportunities.

Securitas Analysis:

  • Leverage insights gained from previous experience as an analyst in Securitas to enhance the understanding of the security services industry and apply relevant knowledge to the current role.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Strategic Planning:

  • Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic financial plans.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management based on industry trends and market analysis.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate finance and investor relations, with a proven track record as an analyst in Securitas or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations, financial reporting standards, and investor relations best practices.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies.
