Account Director - Healthcare Tech Startup
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Company that is operating in Jakarta, Indonesia is currently working on behalf of a Well-established HealthcareTechnology company who is looking for Account Director. This position will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director and will be managing 2 subordinates.
The main roles of this position are to handle the overall Account Management function within the organization, as well as Hunting for new Potential clients.
Job Desc:
- Managing an existing account and harvesting revenue
- Acquiring leads to create new account
- Managing and building the team
- Develop and create a new business lead
- Analyze the market trend and create opportunities
Requirements:
- Have a solid background managing account in Creative Agency
- Experienced at least 2 years as Account Manager
- Experienced in creating and developing teams
- Good knowledge of FMCG & Healthcare Industry is a huge plus
- Bachelor degree is a minimum
- Fluent in English is mandatory
